Lisa has dedicated more than 30 years to market research at the parent company of Nuance, Decision Analyst, based in Arlington, Texas, USA. In those years her experience in Operations led to management positions, where she ultimately became Chief Operations Officer before being appointed President of Nuance. Lisa's management experience is heavy in the areas of tabulation, survey programming, and coding.
Lisa has worked as a consultant to Client Service on study design and implementation of processes through the various operational departments. Through consulting on software-development initiatives, Lisa’s experience and knowledge has helped shape Decision Analyst by maximizing performance, minimizing costs, and improving quality control.
Lisa oversees the management and direction of Nuance. She works to improve productivity and quality through software guidance and involvement in the day-to-day operations of Nuance. It is Lisa’s vision to provide clients with coding solutions to meet their needs within the confines of budget while providing the highest-quality coding.

Claire M. Jones
As Vice President of Nuance, Claire is responsible for managing and overseeing coding operations and staff. She has more than 10 years' experience in marketing research in her roles as a multilingual coding specialist and editor, and then as coding manager for Decision Analyst, Nuance's parent company that provides full-service research. In addition, Claire brings solid experience from other business fields both in Europe and the U.S. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and is fluent in English, French, and German.
